Welcome to Swift. By accessing or using the Swift mobile or web application (“App”) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App or the Services.
Swift: A multi-vendor delivery and e-commerce platform operating in Iraq.
App: The Swift mobile and web application.
User: Any person who creates an account or uses the App.
Merchant: Any business or store offering products through Swift.
Courier: An independent delivery contractor.
Order: Any purchase made through the Swift App.
Swift is a technology platform that connects Users with Merchants and Couriers. Swift does not own, sell, prepare, or control the products listed on the App and is not responsible for their quality, safety, or availability.
To use Swift, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
All prices are displayed in the App and may include applicable taxes
Payments are processed through the available payment methods
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless allowed by the Merchant
Swift is not responsible for pricing or availability errors.
Deliveries are performed by independent Couriers
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other factors
Swift is not liable for delays beyond its control
Refunds and returns are subject to each Merchant’s policy.
Any issues with an order must be reported through the App within 24 hours of delivery.
You must not:
Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Abuse, manipulate, or interfere with the platform
Harass or threaten Merchants or Couriers
Swift may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
All content on the App, including logos, designs, software, and text, belongs to Swift and may not be used without prior written permission.
Swift is not responsible for:
The quality, safety, or condition of products
Indirect or consequential damages
Actions or omissions of Merchants or Couriers
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
You may delete your account at any time through the App.
Swift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Swift may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Iraq.
